• Working in the hotels bar & restaurant, delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
• Setting up and/or clearing down of each service and special event.
• To be approachable and personable, willing to help customers and members of staff at all times.
• Working closely with managers & supervisors regarding lunch and dinner service, drinks offers, and all special requests.
• Communicate with members of the wider Atlantic Hotel team to ensure the smooth running of all beverage operations.
• The delivery of restaurant drinks & food service, and room service.
• Champagne serving, Coffee making and cocktail making (training given).
• Daily use of POS system & Res Diary
• 5 out of 7 days, weekend work 0800hrs - 1200hrs.
