BREAKFAST FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT

We currently have a vacancy for a Food & Beverage Assistants to work in the breakfast room. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate must be capable of performing in a role that requires perfectionist levels of guest service and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants must be available to work early mornings as shifts start from 7am, the hours of work will be approx 25-30hrs per week depending on the right candidates flexibility. This role involves weekend work so flexibility is required, this is not a seasonal position so the candidate must be available mid-week through out the year. Shifts vary from 7am-3pm, 8am-1pm, 8am-3pm, 9am-3pm, 9am-5.30pm.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Minimum of 1 years of waiting experience/ customer service role is preferable
• Proven commitment to excellent guest service and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service.
• Proven ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations and a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers.
• Be legally entitled to work in Ireland.
• Be a team player with the ability to multi task.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
