We are seeking an enthusiastic Breaks Cover Educator to join our team at Quarters Primary School Kindergarten. Our spacious kindergarten lies at the heart of Cranbourne West’s vibrant and growing community and education hub. The dynamic 3- and 4-year-old kindergarten programs foster curiosity and creativity in a nurturing and intimate environment. We design learning programs responsive to children’s interests and needs, promoting creativity, critical thinking, and positive learning dispositions. We recognise the invaluable role of families in children’s learning journeys and strive to act as partners, fostering open communication, mutual respect, and shared understandings to support positive outcomes for all children. About you You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.
