DOGTAP ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A LEADER OF OUR BAR
We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. And now, we’re looking for a Bar Shift Manager to join the team.
In this role you’ll be working closely with the site Bar Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the bars across Dogtap, be involved in various back of house duties alongside front of house tasks. A big part of your job will be supporting, training and guiding our amazing staff to be even more incredible in their roles – making the venue a destination people want to come to.
You’ll be led by an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individual.
You’ll will be a pillar for all things beer, overseeing multiple cellars, bars and services. Be passionate about both getting the best craft beer into peoples hands and for cellar hyginene and maintenance ensuring the beer hitting the tap is the best possible condition.

Wir suchen jemanden mit Erfahrung in der Führung von mittelgroßen Teams von bis zu 15 Personen, der Erfahrung im Umgang mit und der Bedienung von Biersystemen hat und vor allem ein kundenorientierter Führer ist.
Wir stellen dir alle Werkzeuge (und das Bier) zur Verfügung, du musst einfach begeistert sein, dazuzulernen. Du musst außerdem einen starken Fokus auf Kundenservice haben und sicherstellen, dass jedes einzelne Erlebnis, das ein Kunde in der Bar hat, jedes Mal fantastisch ist.
You’ll have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a management role in hospitality.
Knowledge of craft beer for this role would be desirable, but a willingness to learn if you don’t is essential.
We are looking for someone with experience is managing medium size teams of up to 15 persons, is experienced in managing and operating beer systems and more than anything being a customer focused leader.
We’ve got all of the tools (and the beer), you just need to be excited to learn. You also must be customer service focused above all else, making sure every single experience a customer has rocks every time they come into the bar.
