If you’re keen to kickstart or grow your career in the beverage industry, this is an awesome place to do it. We’re on the lookout for a Brewery Technician to join our bottle line in Lidcombe on a permanent, full-time basis. You don’t need brewery experience; we can teach you that. What we’re really looking for is great communication, learning agility, and someone who’s curious, switched on, and ready to get stuck in.   Whether you’re a recent engineering graduate, coming from a different manufacturing environment, or exploring a career change, we’re open minded - and there’s plenty of room to grow here.   Please note this role operates across a two-week rotating shift pattern: Week 1 - 5.40am to 2pm Week 2 - 1.40pm to midnight.   Some of the things you’ll be doing in the role: Operating and monitoring packaging equipment and ensuring safety, quality, cost and productivity targets are achieved. Assisting with performing quality checks and maintaining standards. Supporting continuous improvement projects, autonomous maintenance and 5S activities. Being a safety champion within the Brewery.   Some of the skills you’ll bring to the role: Can-do attitude and willingness to learn. Strong communication skills, you’ll enjoy working with people and solving problems together. Curiosity, adaptability, and the drive to pick things up quickly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A forklift licence is a bonus, but definitely not essential!   What you can expect in return: Full training and supportive leadership who will give you the tools you need to thrive. Empowerment and ownership of your role and the chance to make a real impact. Excellent career opportunities – 40% of our hires at Lion come from within!
