JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Brewery Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the Coffee brewing process and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role involves various tasks related to the production of beverages, including extracting, packaging, and ensuring sanitation throughout the facility.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or food industry setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with brewing processes, craft beer production, and packaging operations is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety standards, HACCP, and CGMP is essential.
  • Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Operate brewing equipment and assist in the brewing process, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and work areas in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
  • Monitor processes and assist in quality control measures to ensure product consistency.
  • Package finished products for distribution, including canning.
  • Utilize forklifts for moving materials and products safely within the warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with industry regulations.
