Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies. Crafted Highlights: In the role of Temporary Brewery Worker, you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain Team. You will be responsible for operating forklifts or packaging equipment in a dynamic environment focused on shipping large volumes of packaged product. This position reports to the Process Leader and works closely with their fellow Brewery Workers, Mechanics and Electricians. What You'll Be Brewing Operate, understand, and rotate through all pieces of packaging equipment Responsible for the sanitation of all equipment on the assigned line Perform line checks, assist with accident investigations, hazard analysis, audits, and attend meetings as required Drive forklifts as trained to do so Read and interpret packaging schedule, job procedures, and work instructions Must have a valid High School diploma or GED equivalent Responsible for autonomous maintenance of valves, motors, pumps, filter and gear boxes including lubricating all machinery, making necessary operational adjustments, and ensuring equipment is running efficiently producing a quality product Key Ingredients: Flexibility to work rotating and/or off-shifts Previous experience driving a forklift or willingness to be trained to operate a forklift Familiar with operating a computer You are comfortable with the physical requirements of this position (standing, lifting, walking) Must have a valid High School diploma or GED equivalent As a condition of employment for this position, Molson Coors requires you to be at least 21 years of age or older on your start date Beverage Bonuses: We care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities We care about our communities, and play our part to make a difference – from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are Engagement with a variety of Employee Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunities Access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages Work within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences Molson Coors is an equal opportunity employer.
