The Key Purpose of this role is to facilitate continuous sustainable improvement in product quality throughout the value chain by optimizing brewing technology and ensuring compulsory adherence to standards. Through VPO practices, this role ensures superior performance relating to Governance against standards, Trending and aiding in foresight of the department, and Innovation aspects, all executed through correct VPO practices. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure that the brewery complies with all global technical governance requirements. Control and ensure implementation of local and franchise brewing manual content. Regulate concession and permit systems. Enforce adherence to standards governed through the PTS (Process & Product Technical Specifications). Audit plants against the standard audit template. Identify non-compliance and opportunities. Provide specific recommendations to the Brewing Manager and Plant Manager regarding required actions. Provide feedback to the Zone Brewing Manager and highlight areas of concern. Coordinate process changes and quality improvements. Coordinate Global Brands brewing and project implementation in the Brewing department. Identify out-of-control situations or trends from quality results and process monitoring. Work with the Brewing Manager to resolve problems using VPO tools and practices. Ensure that appropriate process monitoring and control systems are in place. Drive VPO-driven MCRS processes to allow for adequate identification of brewing concerns. Monitor all aspects of raw materials. Ensure deep understanding and adherence to VPO standards.
