Strong understanding of Brexit implications on trade, regulations, and market strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
