Join our Global Financial Crime Risk Team in Sydney and play a key role supporting the team responsible for the implementation and oversight of the global Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will be assisting with the implementation and oversight of the global Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme, including programme governance, policy development, training, monitoring and oversight and analysis of regulatory change. You will use your subject matter expertise in relation to all areas of the anti-bribery and corruption programme and assist in responding to external and internal programme enquiries.
In addition, you will influence and shape anti-bribery policies, controls and risk appetite and engage with stakeholders across all regions and business lines to manage and enhance our current anti-bribery and corruption framework.

What you offer

  • Demonstrable financial crime risk experience, preferably with a focus on anti-bribery and corruption risk management
  • Financial services experience, or experience working in a similar role in industry, legal or regulatory environment
  • Sound knowledge of global anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations, including the US FCPA and UK Bribery Act
  • Exposure to drafting policy content is valuable
  • Experience developing and delivering training content is valuableExcellent stakeholder management and a proven track record in building constructive partnerships with senior leadership.
