SKILLS

• Proficiency in bricklaying techniques with a strong understanding of masonry principles.
• Experience using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade.
• Ability to weld when required for specific projects.
• Knowledge of roofing techniques may be beneficial for certain jobs.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks over extended periods.
• CSCS card

Experience:

• Plastering: 1 year (preferred)
• Bricklaying: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In perso

• Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry units according to specifications and plans.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Mix mortar and other bonding agents to secure masonry units in place.
• Construct walls, arches, and other structures while ensuring structural integrity.
• Repair or replace damaged brickwork as needed.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
