REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
• Gold CSCS Supervisor Card (must be valid and up-to-date)
• Proven track record in supervising bricklaying teams on residential and/or commercial projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking an experienced Bricklaying Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising bricklaying teams on Large new build residential sites, The successful candidate must ensure high standards of workmanship, health & safety, and project delivery deadlines are priority.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of bricklaying teams on site
• Ensure all work is completed to the required standards and within deadlines
• Manage labour, materials, and productivity to meet project targets
• Conduct regular toolbox talks and enforce site safety protocols
• Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, site issues, and workforce attendance
