ABOUT US

St Albans Brickwork is a well-established contractor delivering masonry packages across residential and commercial developments. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Brickwork Contracts Manager to support our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager role within brickwork or construction
  • Must have proven experience working on both high-rise and housing projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of brickwork and masonry packages
  • Good organisational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Computer literate with the ability to use common software (Microsoft Office, email, reporting tools etc.)
  • Experience with Procore project management software would be an advantage
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee multiple brickwork contracts across Hertfordshire, London and surrounding areas
  • Work closely with site supervisors and project managers to keep projects on track
  • Monitor progress, budgets and programmes
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are consistently maintained
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
