OVERVIEW

As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for brides-to-be as they select their dream wedding attire. Your expertise in sales and customer service will help guide them through the selection process, ensuring they feel confident and beautiful on their special day. This position requires a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly connect with clients on a sincere personal level.

EXPERIENCE

  • Must possess a genuine ability to connect with brides, providing thoughtful guidance and support as they navigate the process of selectin their perfect wedding gown.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, inventory, and client records efficiently.
  • Proven ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultations to brides and their parties, understanding their vision and preferences.
  • Assist clients in selecting bridal gowns, accessories, and other wedding-related attire.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of bridal gowns and accessories, ensuring all items are displayed attractively.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash with care.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Stay updated on current bridal trends and styles to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.
