QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong skills in retail sales, customer service, and communication
• Ability to create an exceptional customer experience for brides and their families
• Personable and compassionate attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the bridal or fashion industry is a plus
• Availability to work weekends and evenings
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field is a plus

This is a part-time (incuding weekends) on-site Bridal Sales role located in Hamilton. The Bridal Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional retail sales, customer service, and customer experience to ensure customer satisfaction and hit sales targets. The Bridal Stylist will also be responsible for assisting and guiding brides in finding their dream bridal gown and accessories.
