We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Floor Manager & Stylist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests and their parties, guiding them through the selection of formal attire and accessories. Your expertise in retail management and sales will help create memorable experiences for our clients as they prepare for their special day.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in retail management or sales management is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with training development practices to assist in onboarding new employees.
• A background in supervising staff is advantageous for maintaining a productive work atmosphere.

  Pay: $20.00-$40.40 per hour

• Assist guests in selecting gowns and accessories by understanding their vision and preferences.

• Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including handling payments.
• Collaborate and Lead your team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in training development for new staff members, sharing knowledge of products and best practices.
• Supervise daily operations within the shop ensuring a high standard of service is consistently met.
• Engage in recruiting efforts to build a strong team dedicated to providing outstanding service.
