OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Floor Manager & Stylist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests and their parties, guiding them through the selection of formal attire and accessories. Your expertise in retail management and sales will help create memorable experiences for our clients as they prepare for their special day.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in retail management or sales management is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with training development practices to assist in onboarding new employees.
  • A background in supervising staff is advantageous for maintaining a productive work atmosphere.

    Pay: $20.00-$40.40 per hour
