OVERVIEW

We are seeking a warm, fashion-forward, and detail-oriented Bridal Stylist to join our team. This role is about more than selling dresses—it’s about creating unforgettable experiences. The Bridal Stylist will guide brides through their dress-shopping journey, offering expert styling advice, personalized service, and genuine connection.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous retail, fashion, or customer service experience preferred (bridal experience a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills—warm, approachable, and an excellent listener.
• A natural eye for style and attention to detail.
• Confidence in guiding clients through emotional, high-value purchases with care and professionalism.
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
• Availability to work 3–4 days per week, including weekends (required).

• Provide exceptional, one-on-one service to brides and their guests during private appointments.
• Learn and understand our bridal collections in detail, including fit, fabrics, and customizations.
• Curate personalized dress selections based on each bride’s style, vision, and budget.
• Build strong client relationships and follow up with brides throughout their journey.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while upholding the boutique’s service standards.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and special events (trunk shows, sample sales, etc.).
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive, supportive, and fun work culture.Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns, formal wear, and accessories that match their vision and style.
• Provide product demonstrations and detailed information about various bridal products.
• Utilize POS systems for transaction processing, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
