We’re looking for a Bridge Engineer / Senior Bridge Engineer to join our vibrant Basingstoke team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure and want to work on impactful projects across the UK and internationally, this is your opportunity to thrive.

READY TO PUSH THE LIMITS OF WHAT’S POSSIBLE?

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Civil, Structural, or Bridge Engineering
  • Chartered or near-chartered (ICE or IStructE)
  • Experience in bridge design, assessment, and inspection
  • Familiarity with structural software (LUSAS, MIDAS, SOFISTIK, Structural Bridge Design)
  • Knowledge of Eurocodes, DMRB, MCHW, Network Rail standards (AASHTO a plus)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with road and/or rail projects and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
  • Deliver: Lead and manage bridge and structures projects from design to maintenance.
  • Innovate: Apply cutting-edge tools and thinking in structural analysis and design.
  • Communicate: Share your expertise clearly through reports, drawings, and collaboration.
  • Lead: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
