Multi-state design firm is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer for their team in Lincoln! Responsibilities: Prepare high-level project design Review project documents and design quality for complex projects Provide technical guidance to team members to solve complex problems Perform QA/QC and ensure completed designs meet quality standards Scope and complexity research Lead staff on design approach Develop standards and/or guidelines for engineering activities Mentor/train junior staff Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering Master’s degree, or in pursuit, preferred 6+ years of relevant engineering experience Professional Engineer (PE) Experience with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Experience with bridge analysis and design programs (LARSA, LEAP Bridge Expertise, Lpile, SPColumn, or MDX) Expertise with DOT bridge projects Knowledge of MicroStation software Salary is commensurate with experience.
