KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business Development: Support our team of business development managers and help them identify and cultivate new relationships with brokers, introducers, and direct clients before progressing to owning your business relationships.
• Sales Strategy and Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for the business development manager.
• Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences. Act as a brand ambassador and help increase the company’s market presence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations team to ensure a smooth process from deal inception to completion.
