Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Electro Mechanic I professionals for a growing manufacturing facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. POSITION OVERVIEW • Five immediate full-time night shift openings — bring a friend and work together • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment • Perform electrical, PLC, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance • Support preventive maintenance while minimizing production downtime • Join a global packaging manufacturer serving the food, retail, and healthcare industries COMPENSATION • $36.34-$39.85 per hour based on experience • Additional $2.00/hour Night Shift Differential SCHEDULE • Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM • 12-Hour Continental Schedule • 3 Days One Week / 4 Days the Next • Every Other Weekend Off • Overtime Available ROLE • Troubleshoot PLCs, industrial motor controls, electrical systems, and production equipment • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance • Read electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams • Maintain pumps, compressors, chillers, and production machinery • Complete CMMS documentation and support equipment reliability ENVIRONMENT • Manufacturing Facility • Industrial Maintenance Team • High-Speed Packaging Equipment • Safety-First Culture BENEFITS • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • 401(k) with Company Match • Paid Time Off & Holidays • Life & Disability Insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Tuition Reimbursement Requirements • Industrial manufacturing or military maintenance experience REQUIRED • PLC troubleshooting and industrial motor control experience REQUIRED • Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment REQUIRED • Experience with blown film, extrusion, flexographic printing, lamination, slitting, or similar equipment preferred • Ability to work a 12-hour continental night shift schedule • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely around industrial equipment Not ready to formally apply?
