What You’ll Do Lead engaging small-group training sessions Partner with physical therapists to create a seamless transition from rehab to fitness Build individualized programs that meet clients where they are and take them further Motivate, educate, and build lasting relationships with clients Keep schedules and client records organized Ensure a smooth, professional experience from the first session to create long-term success What We’re Looking For Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or personal training (preferred) Experience with physical therapy, older adults, or special populations is a plus Strong communicator who can connect, motivate, and lead with confidence A coach who brings energy, motivation, and accountability A strong personal desire to learn and grow professionally Why BRIO?
