We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Brista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a desire to create memorable experiences for our customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a barista or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
• Engage with customers, taking their orders accurately while providing recommendations based on their tastes.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, including seasonal offerings and promotions.
