QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Current BCCNM Nursing Licence required.
• 18 to 24 months of nursing experience required within the last 4 years.
• ER, ICU or CCU experience preferred.
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening and a valid Driver’s Licence.
• Preferred certifications can include: CPR/BLS, PALS, ACLS, ITLS, WHMIS 2015.
• Open to working flexible hours, including days, nights and weekends.
• Available to fulfill the entire term of assigned contracts.

• Deliver compassionate, culturally safe, and evidence-informed nursing care.
• Collaborate with diverse healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient-centered care.
• Apply evidence-based practices to meet complex healthcare challenges.
• Follow all safety protocols, privacy requirements (FIPPA, PIPA), and Infection Prevention & Control (IPAC) standards. Maintain strict privacy standards and adhere to IPAC protocols.
• Support emergency, trauma, maternity, and chronic care services depending on placement.
