• Deliver positive customer experiences by following best practices for customer service and effectively communicating/escalating.
• Complete residential and commercial installations of broadband equipment and services.
• Analyze and find solutions for emergency repair situations.
• Repair or replace faulty drop cables.
• Replace faulty broadband electronics, coaxial, and fibre optic cables.
• Complete maintenance and repair tasks using advanced test equipment.
• Perform all work in accordance with quality control guidelines and company policies and procedures.
