• Conduct thorough market research to identify and understand the needs and demands for wideband ODN products in the European market.
• Lead the design and development of customized wideband ODN products, ensuring they meet market and customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers such as Deutsche Telekom and other operators, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in obtaining product certifications and driving sales efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing broadband ODN products within European and American companies.
• Deep understanding of the product requirements of major European telecom operators and familiarity with key technical personnel in these organizations.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and PRO/E.
