We’ve just opened a brand-new office in Manchester and are excited to offer multiple telesales roles with fantastic opportunities for growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous telesales or sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Confidence in building rapport and closing sales over the phone.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the drive to succeed.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for contacting potential business customers, introducing our broadband and utilities packages, and securing new sales. If you’re confident, target-driven, and enjoy speaking to people, this is the role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective business customers to promote our broadband and utility services.
  • Clearly explain the benefits of our packages and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Build rapport and develop strong customer relationships over the phone.
  • Record interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets.
  • Take part in ongoing training and development to sharpen your skills.
