Serves as the first point of contact for Aspire Broadband customers. Schedule: Monday–Friday (with potential Saturday rotation) Compensation Idea: Base salary + commission for new activations or conversions. Requirements Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to pre-registered leads and schedule installs. Answer inbound calls from prospects or customers. Use Sonar and CrowdFiber to check service availability, pricing, and appointment slots. Update customer records, escalate tickets to Support when needed. Follow up with customers after installation for satisfaction and referrals.
