We are looking for 4 motivated Team Leaders to start Monday 30th June in our Newcastle office. After a short training period, you’ll be based in Manchester, leading a team of door-to-door broadband sales reps.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Undergo full training in broadband and door-to-door sales
• Sell high-quality broadband packages to residential customers
• Lead and support a small team of field reps
• Help drive daily performance and team motivation
• Represent a well-known, reputable broadband provider

What You Get:

• Commission only – no basic salary
• £50 per personal sale
• Team commission bonus – earn from your team’s performance
• uncapped commissions – ensuring fair and balanced earning potential
• Realistic 10–20 sales per week for motivated reps
• Travel & accommodation provided during training in Newcastle

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in broadband/telecom sales or door-to-door sales is preferred
• Confident, outgoing and motivated personality
• Leadership potential – ability to manage and inspire a team
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight during training
• Right to work in the UK
