Sky Racing is Tabcorp’s media and broadcast service, covering Australian and international racing. Located in Frenchs Forest, Sky Racing is a busy and vibrant workplace compromising numerous teams consisting on-air talent, production, technical services, editors, camera crews and logistics.
Are you a proven leader in live broadcast operations with a passion for delivering seamless, high-quality content to audiences across Australia and beyond? We’re looking for a Broadcast Operations Manager to take charge of our day-to-day transmission and delivery services at the heart of our Frenchs Forest broadcast facility.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Services & Outside Broadcast, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Master Control Operators, OTT Operators, and Operations Coordinators. Your mission? To ensure every signal we send — whether live or recorded — meets the highest standard and contributes to an outstanding viewing experience.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the MCR, OTT, and Bookings teams to ensure smooth and reliable broadcast delivery
• Manage technical bookings and telecommunications circuits for domestic and international content transmission
• Coordinate internal and external broadcast facility access and support special productions
• Oversee scheduling and system management through Xytech
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to resolve technical issues swiftly
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and champion a high-performance, client-focused culture
