The Division The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement.  With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.The Department The Broadcasting Operations team is responsible for live coverage of horse racing in Hong Kong, production of related promotional video, formatting betting and racing-related information into TV graphic displays and documentaries for on-air at TV stations as well as display on the giant display screens and closed-circuit TV network at the racecourses.  The Chinese Wagering Program Team in Broadcasting Operations is responsible for producing and packaging racing television programs, both for local broadcasting by terrestrial free-to-air television, pay cable television, overseas simulcasting operations of which betting on Hong Kong’s horse racing is operated.The Job You Will: Handles the audio operation of live Racing program and sound recording on field production. Operates and manages the racecourse events and sound reinforcement system. Operates the non-linear audio working station and audio booth-recording to support audio post-production. Oversees and keeps track on the quality of audio production. Ensures compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club’s business Undertakes other duties as assigned by Line Manager About You You should have:  Diploma or above in Audio & Visual production, specializing in studios, events & entertainment sound production or TV sound engineering A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in live sound operation, TV programs sound operation and field production sound recording A minimum of 2 years working experience in a supervisory role Solid experience in operating and managing large venue centralised control sound reinforcement system Knowledge of Sound production and Audio Visual networking system design and product evaluation Hands-on skills in the use of non-linear audio work station preferable in Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Adobe CS software skills Good communication skills in both English and Chinese Apply Now We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, a dynamic working environment and development opportunities.Equal Opportunity and Inclusive Hiring We are an equal opportunity employer and strive to create an inclusive workplace for all.
