Description At Inter Miami CF, we’re looking for a Broadcast Technician to join our Broadcast Operations team at Miami Freedom Park. In this role, you’ll help ensure the reliable performance of all technical systems that support audio, video, LED, and lighting throughout the facility. You’ll play a key role in the operation and maintenance of Evertz routing systems, Riedel intercom communications, and Ross Video production systems. The Broadcast Technician will oversee technical setup, event coverage, and system maintenance, working closely with the Broadcast Engineer and event production teams to deliver broadcast-quality standards and ensure seamless live event execution. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain and update Daktronics equipment as necessary. Organize and manage LED content, ensuring proper naming conventions, file structure, and content delivery. Program and test all content provided by internal and external design teams. Operate Ross Tesar templates and systems per event. Serve as the primary or backup Engineer on event and game days. Collaborate with the Motion Graphics Department to ensure adherence to visual style guides and branding across all LED surfaces and video boards. Learn and operate arena broadcast systems, including KVM systems and intercom systems. Support live event operations involving Evertz routing, Riedel communications, and Ross Video production systems. Work closely with the Broadcast Engineer to ensure system reliability and coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting. Perform preventive maintenance, keep detailed logs, and assist in technical upgrades and configuration management. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure live event environment. Maintain a professional demeanor and work effectively with fans, staff, players, coaches, and executives. Strong knowledge of Ross Video ( Daktronics/ANC/Goal Sport ) and Evertz systems. Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with broadcast systems, signal routing, and live event workflows. 2-5 years of on-the-job training or equivalent experience in broadcast operations, live production, or a related technical field. Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and ensure consistent technical performance during live events. Repair and Technical experience Camera ,video ,LED , and audio Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Certificate in Broadcasting, Television Production, Media Production, or Graphic Design preferred. Minimum 1 year of live production experience required. Must be able to commute to Miami Freedom Park and to Chase stadium (FTL) Preferred Skills Experience with Evertz routing systems, Riedel intercom systems, and Ross Video production switchers. Knowledge of IP-based broadcast environments and networked video workflows. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
