Job Description The Broiler Breeder Farm Supervisor is responsible for the execution, control, and discipline of all day-to-day farm operations, ensuring that production activities are carried out accurately, consistently, and in full compliance with established SOPs and biosecurity standards. Daily Farm Operations Execution Worker Supervision & Discipline Flock Monitoring & Immediate Response Egg Collection & Quality Control Biosecurity Enforcement (Critical Role) Feed Trial Execution (Strict Compliance Role) Data Recording & Reporting (Critical Responsibility) Equipment & Facility Monitoring Feed Trial Coordination and Execution Administrative and Farm Support Duties Record Keeping Inventory Monitoring Work Scheduling Communication Qualifications Education: Degree in Agriculture / Animal Science (preferred) Experience 2–5 years experience in broiler breeder operations Strong practical knowledge of: Bird handling Egg collection Farm routines License/s: PRC License (Preferred) Core Competencies Highly disciplined Detail-oriented Assertive with workers Reliable and consistent Follows instructions precisely Additional Information Other Skills required: High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written(technical/financial) communication skills.
