We are seeking a motivated Junior Broker to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant industry experience who are eager to develop their career in brokerage. You will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to client-facing work while building the skills needed to grow into a full broker role. This role is part time.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, Insurance, or related field.
• Strong interest in financial markets / property / insurance (depending on brokerage industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Support Senior Brokers with client communications, proposals, and transactions.
• Conduct research and gather market intelligence to assist with decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for clients and internal teams.
• Learn industry products, regulations, and best practices to grow into an independent broker role.
