Broker Customer Service
We are looking for Customer Service Support in our Broker Team.
This role sits within our Broker Sales team, and supports this team by manning our inbound phone line. The Broker team works passionately to make sure our brokers/introducers can best support SMEs, and ensures they have an incredible experience getting their clients access to funding.

Responsibilities

In this role you will assist and help our brokers with queries about their applications. This role is to provide customer support, helping them understand what Funding Circle can offer, giving updates on live deals and requesting information.
As a Customer Operations Executive supporting the Broker Sales Channel, you embody one of our most important selling points: delivering value that drives customer satisfaction.

Alongside answering initial enquiries via telephone, you will help to deliver excellent customer service across a variety of responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inbound enquiries, via telephone or email answering borrower’s questions/queries.
  • Requesting information from brokers either by email or telephone.
  • Update the Salesforce CRM system with all relevant information so that loan applications can move through our funnel from application to offer.
  • Develop strong working relationships with our introducers, as well as FC internal departments.
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
  • Support the Broker business reporting by keeping information accurate and updated.
