ABOUT BANKVIC:
We are the small bank of big opportunity.
Founded 50 years ago by Victoria Police officers, we have since grown to over 120,000 members from the police, health, and emergency services and serve our members nationally. Every day we go further for them, so they can go further in life.
A certified B Corporation, we are committed to transparency, accountability, and working in the best interest of our members, community and each other. Being a smaller bank also means you can get involved in a broad range of work and gain exposure to parts of the organisation outside of your own team.
If you’re seeking to make a difference and find purpose in your work, it’s time to join us at BankVic.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the Regional Manager – Broker, Digital Lending and Retention, you will be responsible for driving the ongoing growth of BankVic’s rapidly expanding broker channel across NSW, ACT, and QLD, with a primary focus on NSW and ACT. Your role will encompass all facets of broker relationship management, including sourcing, onboarding, accreditation, and providing ongoing day-to-day support.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about building strong broker relationships, delivering exceptional service and helping our members take their next step on their home lending journey. BankVic’s Broker channel is just over 2 years old, and you’ll be a big part of shaping and growing our business with broker and member experience at the centre of what we do and how we do it.
This role will require travel to metro and regional areas across NSW, ACT & QLD, interstate travel and out of hours work supporting business development opportunities, Broker and Industry events and conferences. Sydney based applicants are preferred, however, we are open to considering Melbourne based applicants.
