Responsibilities

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • 7+ years experience in similar role, managing B2B communications and events.
  • Financial services experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to manage events end to end.
  • Proven experience working with senior leadership teams.
  • Hands on experience working with CRM and Communication systems

Your responsibilities will be:

  • To understand the wants, needs and priorities of the broker channel.
  • Deliver and enhance the broker marketing engagement strategy that uplifts broker productivity and supports business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Head Sales & Distribution and Senior Manager Broker Performance to ensure alignment of the broker marketing engagement strategy to the overall broker distribution business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Credit Risk on upcoming changes, champion the feedback loop to ensure broker is considered.
  • Contribute to internal and external broker channel updates, ensuring channel messaging is accurate and endorsed by all stakeholders.
  • Lead and maintain the overarching Great Southern Bank Customer Value Proposition for brokers across brand and key buyer segments.
  • Lead broker contribution to the Marketing Home Loan Squad’s annual plan, focused on delivering cost efficient home loan growth.
  • Work with Senior BDMs to drive the growth of their partnerships at both a state and aggregator level.
  • Implement and enhance broker communication journeys.
  • Design and develop a framework for leveraging Aggregator Sponsorship agreements through activations, content, and BDM engagement.
  • Collaborate with aggregators and internal stakeholders to ensure product, policy and pricing changes are delivered on time and accurately.
  • Work closely with the -CRMSpecialist for Home Loans, to contribute to the development, implementation, and assessment of home loan customer journeys.
  • Lead the development of broker portal enhancements, including coordinating relevant stakeholder approvals and content that optimises broker experience.
  • Design and maintain a calendar of activity, giving the business visibility of the current and ongoing approach.
  • Monitor impacts of market conditions, and campaigns to our broker engagement metrics. Actively share learnings and develop a framework for best practice channel approach.
  • Contribute to the incremental uplift of broker NPS, broker customer retention and broker productivity
