Job Description Now, about this opportunity… In this role, you'll help grow and strengthen Judo’s third-party channel by building trusted relationships with aggregators, brokers and referrers, while identifying quality lending opportunities that support Australian SMEs and align with Judo’s risk appetite. If that excites you, this just might be your dream job: Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregators, brokers and referrers, becoming a trusted partner across Judo’s third-party network Provide support, training and guidance that deepens understanding of Judo’s products, credit appetite and processes Identify and facilitate commercial lending opportunities that align with Judo’s risk appetite and customer proposition Partner with brokers, referrers and bankers to progress quality lending opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience Manage broker and referrer portfolios to drive engagement, strengthen networks and generate consistent transaction flow Maintain compliance across the third-party portfolio while supporting the broader Third Party team and continuously improving how we work Qualifications You’ll likely bring: Proven experience in relationship management, with the ability to build and maintain strong networks across brokers, referrers, aggregators and internal stakeholders Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage and collaborate across a broad range of stakeholder groups Sound commercial and financial acumen, including the ability to analyse financial information and support transaction structuring A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with strong reasoning, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Experience in commercial banking, credit or a related field, with a solid understanding of business lending and lending processes The ability to work autonomously while effectively managing priorities and contributing to team success Australian working rights If you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply – your experience, mindset and potential matter to us.
