REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan and/or secondary)
• RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Fluent in one or more of the following languages:
• Russian
• Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
• French
• Italian
• Arabic
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong client database is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player

• Actively promote and sell off-plan and secondary real estate properties in Dubai
• Generate leads, schedule viewings, and conduct property tours with potential buyers and investors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other agents
• Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and pricing updates
• Provide expert investment advice based on market knowledge and ROI analysis
• Negotiate deals and follow through with documentation and after-sales support
