DESCRIPTION:

Broker Operations associate will lead the way in the team in providing a high-quality service to all LMAX clients and complete internal processes and tasks to a high-level standard with an expertise in one or more of the departmental areas.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Business Fluency in written and verbal English & Mandarin
  • Effective relationship builder and influencer.
  • Pragmatic and flexible with ability to handle ambiguity and remain focused.
  • Confident and proactive in communicating with people at all levels and a good team player
  • Performance driven and results orientated with a strong bias for action and outcome. Strong problem solver.
  • Can handle large workloads and remain calm and productive in stressful situations
  • Reliable and willing to work antisocial hours to meet client requirements, solve their problems and thus encourage future business.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Previous client facing experience

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team as the senior team member, to fully understand the operational side of client queries.
  • Lead the way and encourage/teach team members how to perform tasks and how to enhance the client experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement for the team’s ways of working
  • Assist Partner Success team, and Sales where necessary, with an understanding of client’s trade executions with an in-depth analysis.
  • Perform more complex payment’s role, including inter-transfer, raising and resolving payments tickets, managing CASS issues and managing daily settlement requests and third party settlement platforms.
  • Ensure DFX processes are followed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work to weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives and targets.
  • Follow internal policies and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and distributing management reporting for LMAX Digital
