KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Broker Partner Manager at Ansvar, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving growth through strategic broker partnerships. This national role requires an individual who can develop and execute comprehensive plans, ensuring alignment with Ansvar’s growth and engagement objectives across all client segments.

- Pipeline Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with target brokers, ensuring a robust and sustainable sales pipeline
- Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to brokers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries.
- Value Proposition: Tell the story ‘Why Ansvar’, articulate our risk appetite clearly and explain how we add value across all target client segments and sectors.
- Broker Account Management: Develop and execute a national growth plan for target broker accounts, aligning with business objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Lead performance reporting processes, monitor progress against targets, and conduct performance reviews to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Market Representation: Represent Ansvar at national conferences and PD days, enhancing the company’s brand presence.
- Collaboration: Foster a “one Ansvar” approach, ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration between national objectives and regional execution

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in broker relationship management or a similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance market and broker dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in performance reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required
