• Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, providing quotations support, resolving queries, and offering guidance on Insurance products and services.
• Maintain regular communication with brokers to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver detailed product information, updates, and training sessions to brokers on policy features, claims procedures, and new product launches.
• Ensure brokers follow correct procedures for underwriting, policy issuance, and claims management.
• Assist brokers in the sales process by providing necessary tools, resources, and support to close deals effectively.
• Track and maintain accurate records of broker interactions, sales performance, and related metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational challenges impacting broker performance.
  Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance or a related field.

• ✅ Good English communication skills
• ✅ Strong knowledge of Excel (should know formulas)
• ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• ✅ Confident in speaking with clients
• ✅ Male candidates preferred
• ✅ Immediate joiners only (must not be currently employed)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
