Strong executive level selling and relationship skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of sales principles and applied sales techniques. Ability to negotiate challenges, remove barriers and work through issues. A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. Deep understanding of how the businesses operates, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level. Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities. Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization. Possess cross-function integration & collaboration skills. High intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Troubleshoot issues with internally aligned support team. Develop a trust-based, mutually beneficial relationship with principal customer sponsors while promoting business growth and balancing selling efforts at multiple customer levels within Strategic Accounts. Performs other duties as assigned Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting.
