You’ll work closely with our financial planners and providers, supporting the full lifecycle of policies and making sure every step is handled with accuracy and care. • Processing pension, investment & protection business submitted by financial advisory team.
• Keying new applications on life company portals.
• Managing pipeline cases from submission through to completion, ensuring timelines are met and issues resolved proactively
• Supporting compliance and operational processes with a focus on quality, consistency and confidentiality
• Acting as a key point of contact for client and advisor queries, with a focus on clarity, professionalism and service
• Continuously improving internal processes and supporting projects that enhance how we do business
