Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for you to become our Broker Support, joining the Client Operations team at our Jensten London Markets division. It’s the perfect opportunity to launch your career in the insurance industry, or develop it further.
Jensten London Markets, part of the fast-growing Jensten Group, has a long-standing reputation for delivering innovative insurance solutions in industries like construction, property, and motor fleet. You’ll be supported with comprehensive training and development to build your knowledge and expertise in the exciting world of insurance.
Based from our Central London office, you’ll be an integral part of our team- responsible for working closely with and helping our Account Executives and Handlers. While you learn the ropes, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong broker relationships, work on client accounts, and be a key player in driving the growth of our division. Some key accountabilities will include:
Support the Team: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, helping the team meet targets.
Learn & Grow: Receive on-the-job training to build your insurance knowledge, with the opportunity to progress within the company.
Client-Focused: Build and maintain relationships with brokers, delivering exceptional service and helping clients with their insurance needs.
Contribute to Growth: Help ensure renewal retention and support the team’s goals in bringing in new business.
