REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 7-10 years of active property sales experience in Dubai
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends and property values.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close high-value deals.
  • RERA Certification
  • With UAE Driving License and a car
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling complex transactions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team.
  • Fluent in English/Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM tools for tracking sales and managing client relationships.
