We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Brokerage Proposition Manager.
The Brokerage Proposition Manager will oversee the development, improvement, and management of our brokerage services for all customer segments. You will oversee the enhancing and delivery of brokerage capabilities for our wealth platform. Working closely with the head of brokerage and technology, you will help us achieve our goal of becoming a leading wealth manager by delivering exceptional brokerage services. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market knowledge, business skills, and product expertise to establish our brokerage service as a market leader.

In this role you will:
• Own the brokerage proposition lifecycle, from ideation to launch to ongoing optimisation. • Ensure all products and services within the proposition remain commercially viable, competitive, and compliant.
