We are a boutique investment sales firm specializing in the sale of multifamily assets throughout the Midwest. Our team delivers institutional-grade advisory services with the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a private firm. We’re seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Brokerage Services Coordinator to support our brokers with best-in-class financial analysis, market research, and the creation of professional Offering Memorandums.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Brokerage Services Coordinator plays a critical role at the intersection of brand, deal execution, and market analysis. This individual will be responsible for crafting compelling offering memorandums, gathering and analyzing real estate data, and supporting the team’s marketing strategy. This role will involve a variety of disciplines including office administration, project management, financial analytics, marketing, and data analytics. The Brokerage Services Coordinator will provide services to the brokerage team which will maximize production of revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in learning software related to graphic design and financial analytics.
• Must be able to commute to the office located in North Indianapolis for in-person work.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in an agile environment.
• Strong writing, formatting, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, finance, or data analysis preferred.
• Experience with CoStar and LoopNet preferred.
