OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching individuals of all ages and skill levels. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in promoting water safety, enhancing swimming skills, and fostering a positive learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in teaching swimming or coaching is preferred but not required.
  • Strong swimming skills with the ability to demonstrate various techniques effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Patience and adaptability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels.
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, or Lifeguarding is a plus but can be obtained after hiring.

  • Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress, concerns, or recommendations for further development.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance teaching methods and stay updated on best practices in swim instruction.
