BROOKS ENGLAND UK PRODUCTION OPERATOR:

Do you have a passion for craftsmanship and British cycling heritage?
Brooks England is looking for a Production Operator to join our UK operations team.
You’ll help craft our iconic products to the highest standards and ensure they’re delivered on time. Full training will be provided across all areas of production, giving you hands-on experience in every stage of the process.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Fluency in English.
Knowledge of general and specific workplace safety principles.
Familiarity with labour activities related to manufacturing processes and software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willing to learn new and unique skills.
High attention to detail and precision.
A strong quality-oriented mindset.
A strong interest in cycling and a true appreciation for craftsmanship are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Work within different departments of our production facility, taking part in key stages of the manufacturing process (Leather Top Preparer, Leather Trimmer, Rivetter, Frame Assembler, Tensioner, Press Operator, Packer)
Approve high-quality finished goods, reject or correct defective ones
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and legal standards
Meet deadlines for production tasks within your shift
Collaborate with production supervisors and maintenance teams regarding daily build progress, assembly issues, and defective products or machinery
